| Mecobalamin |
This product is an endogenous coenzyme B12, which participates in the one-carbon unit cycle and plays an important role in the transmethylation reaction of synthesizing methionine from homocysteine. Animal experiments have found that this product is easier to enter neuronal organelles than cyanocobalamin, participates in the synthesis of thymidine nucleoside in brain cells and spinal cord neurons, promotes the utilization of folic acid and nucleic acid metabolism, and has a stronger effect on promoting nucleic acid and protein synthesis than cyanocobalamin. This product can promote axonal transport function and axonal regeneration, normalize the transport of axonal skeleton proteins in the sciatic nerve of diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin, and has an inhibitory effect on drug-induced neurodegeneration, such as neurodegeneration caused by doxorubicin, acrylamide, and vincristine, and neurological diseases in spontaneously hypertensive rats. In rat tissue culture, it was found that this product can promote lecithin synthesis.

Calcium ion blockers block calcium ions from entering myocardial and vascular smooth muscle cells across the membrane. The mechanism of antihypertensive effect is to directly relax vascular smooth muscle. It can dilate peripheral arterioles and coronary arteries, reduce total peripheral vascular resistance, relieve coronary artery spasm, reduce cardiac afterload, reduce cardiac energy consumption and oxygen demand, and thus relieve angina pectoris.
