1. Improve hematopoietic function. Mice with hemorrhagic anemia were fed with Bazhen Decoction for 10 consecutive days, and the hemoglobin content increased and the red blood cells recovered. Bazhen Decoction can enhance the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages in mice. Bazhen Decoction can adjust the intestinal flora imbalance of mice caused by 60Co irradiation, reduce intestinal bacterial translocation and plasma endotoxin levels, reduce ileal malondialdehyde content, and increase diamine oxidase activity in the intestinal mucosa.
