The starch granules are broadly oval or shell-shaped, with a diameter of 40-60μm, and the hilum is short, herringbone-shaped or horseshoe-shaped, and the layers can be seen. The thick-walled cells of the endotesta are yellow-brown or brown-red, polygonal in surface view, with thick walls, and the cell cavity contains siliceous blocks. The stomata are specific, and the guard cells are dumbbell-shaped when viewed from the side. The irregular lamellar crystals are colorless with straight textures. The thin-walled cells around the fiber bundles contain prismatic calcium oxalate crystals, forming crystal fibers. The stone cells are yellow-brown or colorless, rectangular, circular or irregular in shape, with a diameter of about 94μm. (2) Take 2 pills of this product, chop them, add 6g of diatomaceous earth, grind them evenly, add 50ml of chloroform, adjust the pH value to 9-10 with ammonia test solution, heat and reflux for 30 minutes, filter, evaporate the filtrate to dryness, add 0.5ml of methanol to dissolve the residue, and use it as the test solution. Take 1g of poppy shell as a control medicinal material, and prepare the control medicinal material solution in the same way. According to the thin layer chromatography test, take 10μl of each of the above two solutions and spot them on the same silica gel G thin layer plate prepared with 2% sodium hydroxide solution, use toluene-acetone-anhydrous ethanol-concentrated ammonia test solution (20:20:3:1) as the developing agent, develop, take out, dry, and spray with potassium bismuth iodide test solution and sodium nitrite ethanol test solution in turn. In the chromatogram of the test product, spots of the same color appear at the corresponding positions of the chromatogram of the control medicinal material.
