A highly effective fluorinated and chlorinated corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory, antipruritic and vasoconstrictive effects. It increases the reactivity of β receptors to catecholamine, activates adenylate cyclase to increase CAMP production, and inhibits phosphoethylesterase to reduce CAMP destruction, resulting in an increase in cAMP concentration in cells and inhibiting the release of histamine. Its anti-inflammatory and antipruritic mechanism is similar to that of dexamethasone.

Animal experiments have not found that clotrimazole in this product has carcinogenic and sperm chromosome aberration effects; avoid contact with eyes; it may occasionally cause local skin allergies, once it occurs, the drug should be discontinued immediately; when using this product to treat skin candidiasis, avoid pressing the dressing tightly on the drug or sealing the package to prevent yeast growth

A broad-spectrum antibacterial drug, also effective against Chlamydia trachomatis. Mainly used to treat bacterial external eye infections, trachoma and bacterial intraocular infections.

This product is a broad-spectrum antifungal drug. By interfering with the activity of cytochrome P450, it inhibits the biosynthesis of ergosterol, the main steroid in the fungal cell membrane, damages the fungal cells and changes their permeability, resulting in leakage of important intracellular substances; this product can also inhibit the biosynthesis of triglycerides and phospholipids in fungi, inhibit the activity of oxidases and peroxidases, cause the accumulation of hydrogen peroxide in cells, and lead to cell submicrostructure degeneration and cell necrosis. For Candida albicans, it can inhibit the process of its transformation from spores to invasive hyphae.

It has the anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and vasoconstrictive effects of topical glucocorticoids.

It has antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus (methicillin-sensitive strains), Corynebacterium and other bacteria.

Adrenal cortex hormone drugs. This product has anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects, can inhibit the proliferation of connective tissue, reduce the permeability of capillary walls and cell membranes, reduce inflammatory exudate, and inhibit the formation and release of histamine and other toxic substances.
