Vitamin U in this product has the effect of purifying the ulcer surface and promoting ulcer healing. Aluminum hydroxide has a chemical reaction of neutralizing or buffering the gastric acid already in the stomach, but has no direct effect on the secretion of gastric acid. The neutralization and buffering effect of aluminum hydroxide can lead to an increase in the pH value in the stomach, thereby alleviating the symptoms of excessive gastric acid. However, its ability to neutralize acid is lower than that of magnesium-containing preparations and calcium carbonate, but higher than that of aluminum carbonate and sodium disaluminum carbonate. The effect of magnesium trisilicate is similar to that of aluminum hydroxide. Belladonna fluid extract: ① Anti-M cholinergic effect, which can inhibit the muscarinic effect of acetylcholine, mainly inhibiting the activity of acetylcholine in the autonomous effector site innervated by postganglionic cholinergic nerves, and the activity of smooth muscles that are not supplied by cholinergic nerves but are innervated by acetylcholine is also inhibited. The cholinergic receptors innervated by postganglionic cholinergic nerves are located in smooth muscles, myocardium, sinoatrial node and atrioventricular node, as well as exocrine glands. Large amounts of belladonna can also reduce gastrointestinal motility and secretion, reduce the tension of the ureters and bladder, and only slightly relax the common bile duct and gallbladder; ② Anti-vomiting, mainly by reducing the stress hormones of receptors in the labyrinth and inhibiting the conduction of nerve pathways between the vestibule and cerebellum; ③ Anti-vertigo, the mechanism of action is unknown, it may act on the cerebral cortex or on the ethmoid area of the saccule and utricle outside the cortex.

This product is a compound preparation, each tablet containing 50 mg of vitamin U, 123 mg of aluminum hydroxide, 53 mg of magnesium trisilicate, and 2.6 mg of belladonna fluid extract.

This product is a film-coated tablet, which is white after removing the film coating; it has the special odor of vitamin U.

Used for gastric and duodenal ulcers, chronic gastritis, excessive gastric acid, gastric spasm, etc.

Oral administration: 1-2 tablets at a time, 3 times a day, after meals.

1. Long-term and high-dose use may cause severe constipation and intestinal obstruction caused by fecal stones; 2. Renal silicate stones may occasionally occur; 3.
