Function and Efficacy
This product has antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
Ingredients
The main ingredient of this product is: arginine aspirin.
Appearance

Indication
This product is an antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic. It is mainly used for fever (cold, flu, etc.) and headache, myalgia, joint pain, dysmenorrhea and other pains.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults: 0.5 g (as acetylsalicylic acid) at a time, 2 to 3 times a day, or as directed by a doctor.
Adverse Reactions
1. The more common adverse reactions are gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal discomfort or pain; 2. Rare adverse reactions are gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers, bronchospasm allergic reactions, skin allergic reactions, and liver and kidney function damage.
Precautions
1. Patients with ulcer disease or other active bleeding with bleeding symptoms, hemophilia or thrombocytopenia and asthma are prohibited from using this product; 2. Patients who are allergic to this product are prohibited from using this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Pediatric patients, especially those with fever and dehydration, are prone to toxic reactions. The use of this product in children with acute febrile diseases, especially influenza and chickenpox, may be associated with the development of Reye’s syndrome, which is still rare in China. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: This product easily passes through the placenta and can be secreted by breast milk, so it is contraindicated for pregnant and lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: The elderly and weak or patients with a body temperature above 40°C should use it under the guidance of a physician.
Drug Interactions
1. When this product is used with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, gastrointestinal adverse reactions increase, but the efficacy is not enhanced; 2. Antacids (chronic and large-scale use) or urine alkalinizing drugs: Alkaline urine can increase the excretion of this product and reduce the blood concentration. When the blood concentration has reached a stable state, discontinuation of alkaline drugs can increase the blood concentration to a toxic level, so attention should be paid; 3. When this product is used with oral anticoagulants, the risk of bleeding may increase; 4. When this product is used with other salicylic acid drugs, the plasma concentration of salicylic acid can be increased to a level that causes toxic reactions; 5. Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors can alkalinize urine and even cause metabolic acidosis, which can not only increase the excretion of salicylate and reduce the blood concentration, but also increase the amount of penetration into the brain tissue, resulting in toxic reactions; 6. Glucocorticoids can increase the excretion of salicylates. In order to maintain the blood concentration of this product when used together, the dose of this product should be increased if necessary. In addition, there is a risk of gastrointestinal ulcers; 7 The efficacy of insulin or oral hypoglycemic drugs can be more obvious when used with a large amount of salicylic acid drugs; 8 When this product is used with methotrexate (MTX), it can reduce the binding of methotrexate (MTX) to proteins, reduce its excretion from the kidneys, increase blood concentrations and increase toxic reactions; 9 The uric acid excretion effect of probenecid or sulfinpyrazone can be reduced by the simultaneous use of this product; when the blood concentration of salicylate is greater than 50mu;g/ml, the reduction is obvious, and it is even more severe when it is greater than 100-150mu;g/ml. In addition, probenecid can reduce the clearance rate of salicylate from the kidneys, thereby increasing the latter's blood concentration; 10 Uric acid drugs: acidic urine can reduce the excretion of salicylate, increasing the latter's blood concentration. Patients whose blood concentration of salicylic acid has reached a stable state may increase their blood concentration of salicylate and increase toxic reactions after adding uricosuric drugs.
