This product is first converted into 5-fluoro-2-deoxyuridine nucleotide in the body, which inhibits thymine nucleotide synthetase and blocks the conversion of deoxyuracil nucleotide into deoxythymine nucleotide, thereby inhibiting the biosynthesis of DNA. In addition, it can also be incorporated into RNA, and inhibit RNA synthesis by preventing uracil and orotic acid from incorporating into RNA. This product is a cell cycle-specific drug, mainly inhibiting tumor cells in the S phase. Oleic acid, in the prescription, produces a synergistic effect with fluorouracil. Ginseng polysaccharide, as an immunostimulant, has a promoting effect on the body's immune function and prevents the toxic and side effects of fluorouracil on the body.

Used for digestive system adenocarcinoma, including gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, intestinal cancer, biliary tract cancer, and liver metastatic adenocarcinoma.

Oral administration. Take 10-20 ml per day, divided into 3-4 times orally, 30 days as a course of treatment. You can take the original solution or dilute it once. It is best for patients with esophageal cancer to take it in multiple times, and patients with intestinal cancer can also take it by enema.

This product has minor toxic and side effects. A few patients experience mild nausea and loss of appetite.

Pregnant women within three months of pregnancy are prohibited from using it.
