Vinorelbine tartrate injection
Function and Efficacy
Minobin belongs to the class of vinca alkaloids that inhibit cell division and is an anti-tumor drug. It acts directly on the dynamic balance of tubulin/microtubules, inhibits the polymerization of tubulin, and causes the disintegration of microtubules during the division phase. It affects axonal microtubules only at high concentrations, and its effect on tubulin spiralization is lower than that of vincristine. It blocks the mitosis of cells in the G2 and M phases, leading to the death of cells entering the interphase or late division phase.
Ingredients
The chemical name of vinorelbine is 3', 4'-didehydro-4'-deoxy-8'-norvinblastine ditartrate, with a molecular formula of C45H54N4O82C4H6O6 and a molecular weight of 1079.12.
