Appearance
Off-white or light yellow suspension, filled in aluminum bottles with valves.
Indication
Bronchial asthma, chronic asthmatic bronchitis, obstructive emphysema and other lung diseases associated with bronchospasm.
Usage and Dosage
Absorption by spray. 1-2 sprays at a time, 3-4 times a day, for severe patients, it can be increased to 6 sprays each time, and the maximum dose should not exceed 24 sprays/24 hours. If the effect is not significant, consult a doctor. The operation steps are as follows: 1. Remove the protective cover and shake it thoroughly to mix it; 2. Place the interface flat between the lips and exhale calmly through the interface; 3. At the beginning of inhalation, press the top of the aerosol to spray the medicine, and inhale slowly and deeply through the mouth; 4. Hold your breath as long as possible, preferably 10 seconds, and then exhale.
Adverse Reactions
A small number of patients experienced mild adverse reactions, mainly manifested as dry mouth, nasal congestion, mild chest tightness, drowsiness, palpitations and hand tremors.
Precautions
Patients who are allergic to this product or other adrenergic receptor agonists are contraindicated.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: The dosage for children under 12 years old and pediatrics has not been established. It should be used under the guidance of a doctor and with the help of an adult. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: This product can relax uterine smooth muscle. It should be used with caution in pregnant and lactating women. If it must be used in early pregnancy women, it should be used under the guidance of an obstetrician. There is no report of this product being discharged in breast milk. Precautions for the elderly: It should be used with caution and start with a small amount.
Drug Interactions
1. When used simultaneously with other adrenergic receptor agonists, the effect is increased, but the adverse reactions are also increased. 2. When used simultaneously with theophylline, the effect of relaxing bronchial smooth muscle can be increased, but the adverse reactions are also increased. 3. Avoid using it simultaneously with sodium aniline oxide inhibitors and antidepressants.
