Hydroxycamptothecin for injection

The anticancer effect of hydroxycamptothecin is different from that of antimetabolites and alkylating agents. Animal experiments have shown that hydroxycamptothecin acts on the S phase and is a cell cycle-specific drug. Its effect on the S phase is more obvious than that on the G1 and G2 phases, and it has no effect on G0 cells. At higher concentrations, it has an inhibitory effect on nuclear division and prevents cells from entering the division phase. In addition, the main reason why foreign countries have paid so much attention to camptothecin compounds in recent years is that a new mechanism of action has been discovered. Hydroxycamptothecin can also selectively inhibit topoisomerases, thereby interfering with DNA replication. This type of drug has no cross-resistance with other commonly used anticancer drugs, so it has a therapeutic effect on drug-resistant tumors.

Anti-tumor drug, suitable for primary liver cancer, gastric cancer, bladder cancer, rectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, head and neck epithelial cancer, leukemia and other malignant tumors.

Primary liver cancer: intravenous injection, 4-6 mg per day, dissolved in 20 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, slowly injected, or as directed by a doctor. Hepatic artery administration, 4 mg plus 10 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, infused once a day, 15-30 days as a course of treatment. Gastric cancer: intravenous injection, 4-6 mg per day, dissolved in 20 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, slowly injected, or as directed by a doctor. Head and neck epithelial cancer: intravenous injection, 4-6 mg per day, dissolved in 20 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, slowly injected, or as directed by a doctor. Bladder cancer: After bladder instillation, add high-frequency diathermy for 100 minutes, and the dose is gradually increased from 10 mg to 20 mg twice a week, 10-15 times as a course of treatment. Rectal cancer: Intraepigastric artery catheterization, enter about 25cm, which is equivalent to the upper part of the branch of the inferior mesenteric tube, add 6-8mg of hydroxycamptothecin to 500ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection and drip it through the artery, once a day, 15-20 times as a course of treatment. Non-small cell lung cancer: 12mg/m2 per day, dissolved in 100ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, drip it intravenously at a constant speed within 30 minutes, and continue to use the medicine for 5 days. Leukemia: The adult dose is 6-8mg/m2/day, added to 0.9% sodium chloride injection and dripped intravenously, and continued to be administered for 30 days as a course of treatment.

Effects on the digestive system: Mainly manifested in nausea, loss of appetite and other reactions, but not serious, generally can persist in treatment, after stopping the drug, the above symptoms quickly alleviated and disappeared. 2. Effects on the hematopoietic system: Bone marrow suppression is mild, white blood cells have a partial decrease, but can be maintained above 1×109/L; no obvious inhibitory effect on red blood cells and platelets was found. 3. Effects on the urinary system: A few cases have urinary urgency, urinary pain and hematuria, which gradually disappear one week after stopping the drug. 4. Other reactions: A few cases have hair loss, which can resume growth on its own after stopping the drug.

Use with caution in pregnant women.
