For oral administration, the starting dose for adults is 0.75-3.00 mg (1-4 tablets) once, 2-4 times a day. The maintenance dose is about 0.75 mg (1 tablet) per day, depending on the condition.

Large doses of this product can easily cause diabetes, peptic ulcers and Cushing's syndrome-like symptoms, and have a strong inhibitory effect on the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis. Concurrent infection is the main adverse reaction.

Patients with a history of allergy to this product and adrenal cortex hormones are contraindicated. Patients with hypertension, thrombosis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, mental illness, electrolyte metabolism abnormalities, myocardial infarction, visceral surgery, glaucoma, etc. are generally not suitable for use.
