Function and Efficacy
This product has the function of promoting oxidative phosphorylation reaction and protecting the integrity of biological membrane structure. Coenzyme Q is a fat-soluble quinone compound widely present in organisms. The number of isopentene units in the side chain of coenzyme Q from different sources is different. Humans and mammals have 10 isopentene units, so it is called coenzyme Q10. Coenzyme Q plays an important role in proton translocation and electron transfer in the respiratory chain in the body. It is an activator of cell respiration and cell metabolism, and is also an important antioxidant and non-specific immunopotentiator. Animal experiments have confirmed that this product has the following pharmacological effects: 1. It can reduce the weakening of myocardial contractility and the reduction of creatine phosphate and adenosine triphosphate content during acute ischemia, maintain the morphological structure of mitochondria in ischemic myocardial cells, and have a certain protective effect on ischemic myocardium. 2. It increases cardiac output, reduces peripheral resistance, is conducive to anti-heart failure treatment, and may inhibit the synthesis and secretion of aldosterone and block its effect on renal tubules. 3. When the isolated ventricular muscle of animals is perfused under hypoxic conditions, the duration of action potential can be shortened, and the threshold for ventricular arrhythmia is higher than that of control animals. 4 It can reduce peripheral vascular resistance and has anti-aldosterone effect. 5 This product also has anti-doxorubicin cardiotoxicity and liver protection effects. Toxicology In acute toxicity experiments, the LD50 of this product in mice and rats is greater than 4000mg/Kg. In subacute toxicity experiments, Wistar male and female rats were given 40mg, 200mg and 1000mg/Kg per day for 5 weeks, and male and female rabbits were given 6mg, 60mg and 600mg/Kg per day for 23 consecutive days. There were no special changes in the blood, urine examination and morphological observation of the test animals. In chronic toxicity experiments, Wistar male and female rats were given 6mg, 60mg and 600mg/Kg per day for 26 consecutive weeks. There were no special changes in the general state, blood and urine examination and morphological observation of the test animals.

Indication

Usage and Dosage

Precautions for children: Not yet determined. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Female rats were orally administered this product at a daily dose of 10mg, 100mg and 1000mg/Kg before conception to the early stage of conception. During the period of organogenesis, 10mg, 100mg and 1000mg/Kg were administered daily.
