Alprostadil for injection

This product has the effect of inhibiting platelet aggregation, thromboxane A2 production, atherosclerotic lipid plaque formation and immune complexes, and can dilate peripheral and coronary blood vessels.

Alprostadil

This product is white powder or freeze-dried cake.

Used for myocardial infarction, thromboangiitis obliterans, occlusive arteriosclerosis and other diseases.

Dissolve in 250ml or 500ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 6% dextran 40 glucose injection, 5% glucose solution, and drip intravenously. The daily dose for myocardial infarction is 100-200 μg, which can be increased appropriately for severe cases, but should not exceed 400 μg. For thromboangiitis vasculitis and occlusive arteriosclerosis, the daily dose is 100-200 μg.

1. During intra-arterial infusion of this product, pain, erythema and edema (1-10%) often occur in the infused limb. Similar symptoms occasionally occur during intravenous infusion, and redness of the infusion vein may occur. These side effects related to the drug or caused during the puncture process will disappear when the dose is reduced or the infusion is stopped. 2. The following symptoms occasionally occur, mostly unrelated to the route of administration: headache (1-10%), gastrointestinal reactions (such as diarrhea, nausea, vomiting), flushing, and paresthesia. 3. After arterial or intravenous infusion, the following symptoms or signs are rare (0.1-1%): decreased blood pressure, tachycardia, angina pectoris, increased liver transaminases (0.01-0.1%), leukopenia or leukocytosis (0.01-0.1%), joint symptoms, confusion, central nervous system seizures
