Defibrase for injection
Function and Efficacy
Proteolytic enzyme. It can dissolve blood clots, inhibit thrombosis, and improve microcirculation. This product is a white or off-white freeze-dried block or powder, hygroscopic, and easily soluble in water.

Indication
1. Acute cerebral infarction, including cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism, transient ischemic attack (TIA), and prevention of recurrence of cerebral infarction; 2. Myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, and prevention of recurrence of myocardial infarction; 3. Vascular diseases of the limbs, including femoral artery embolism, thromboangiitis obliterans, and Raynaud's disease; 4. Blood in a hyperviscosity state, hypercoagulable state, and pre-thrombotic state; 5. Sudden deafness; 6. Pulmonary embolism.
Usage and Dosage
Before use, dissolve it in an appropriate amount of water for injection or saline, add it to 100ml-250ml of sterile saline, and drip it intravenously for more than 1 hour. Acute attack period: 10 units at a time, once a day, for 3 to 4 consecutive days. Non-acute attack period: 10 units for the first time, 5 to 10 units for maintenance, once a day or every other day, and two weeks as a course of treatment.
Adverse Reactions
Some patients may experience a small amount of bruising, nosebleeds or gum bleeding, or a transient slight increase in GOT or GPT after taking the medicine, which will disappear on their own after stopping the medicine.
Precautions
1. Use with caution in patients with endogenous bleeding tendency and allergic constitution. It is contraindicated in patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. The following patients are contraindicated: ① Those with a history of bleeding diseases. ② Those shortly after surgery. ③ Those with bleeding tendency. ④ Those who are using anticoagulant and platelet inhibitory drugs (such as aspirin). ⑤ Those who are using antifibrinolytic preparations. ⑥ Those with severe liver or kidney dysfunction and other conditions such as papillary muscle rupture, ventricular septum perforation, cardiogenic shock, and multiple organ failure. ⑦ Those with a history of allergy to this preparation; 3. Use with caution in the following patients: ① Those with a history of drug allergy. ② Those with a history of gastrointestinal ulcer. ③ Those with sequelae of cerebral thrombosis. ④ Elderly patients over 70 years old; 4
Special Population Medication
Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution in women who are pregnant or may become pregnant. Precautions for the elderly: Do not use in patients over 70 years old.
Drug Interactions
When using this product, avoid using it with salicylic acid drugs (such as aspirin). Anticoagulants can enhance the effect of this product and cause unexpected bleeding; antifibrinolytic drugs can offset the effect of this product and are prohibited from being used in combination.
