Buflomedil Hydrochloride Tablets

This product is an alpha-adrenergic receptor inhibitor and has a weak nonspecific calcium ion antagonist effect. It improves the microcirculation blood flow in the brain and limbs by inhibiting the spasm of the precapillary sphincter. This product also has the function of inhibiting platelet aggregation and improving red blood cell deformability.

This product is a film-coated tablet, which appears white or off-white after removing the film coating.

1. Peripheral vascular diseases: intermittent claudication, Raynaud's syndrome, thromboangiitis obliterans, etc. 2. Symptoms caused by chronic cerebral vascular insufficiency: dizziness, tinnitus, intellectual impairment, memory or concentration impairment, disorientation, etc.

Oral administration, 0.15~0.3g (1~2 tablets) at a time, 2~3 times a day, or as directed by a doctor.

Gastrointestinal upset (heartburn, stomach pain, nausea), dizziness, drowsiness, insomnia, burning sensation in the limbs, flushing or itching of the skin.

It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to this product, have acute myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, hyperthyroidism, paroxysmal tachycardia, cerebral hemorrhage, other bleeding tendencies or have recently suffered massive blood loss.

Precautions for children: Children are prohibited from using this product. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant women (especially those in the third trimester) and lactating women are prohibited from using this product. Precautions for the elderly: This experiment has not been conducted and there is no reliable reference literature.

Use with caution in patients taking antihypertensive drugs.
