Buflomedil Hydrochloride Tablets

This product is an α-adrenergic receptor inhibitor and has a weak nonspecific calcium ion antagonist effect. It improves the microcirculation blood flow in the brain and limbs by inhibiting the spasm of the precapillary sphincter. This product also has the function of inhibiting platelet aggregation and improving red blood cell deformability.

The main ingredient of this product is buflomedil hydrochloride. Its chemical name is 4-(1-pyrrolidinyl)-1-(2,4,6-trioxyphenyl) 4-butanone hydrochloride.

This product is a film-coated tablet, which appears white or off-white after removing the film coating.

1 Peripheral vascular disease: Raynaud's syndrome, thromboangiitis obliterans, intermittent claudication. 2 Symptoms caused by chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency: dizziness, tinnitus, intellectual impairment, memory loss, inattention, disorientation, etc.

Oral administration, 0.15~0.3g (1~2 tablets) at a time, 2~3 times a day, or as directed by a doctor.

Gastrointestinal upset (heartburn, stomach pain, nausea), dizziness, drowsiness, insomnia, burning sensation in the limbs, flushing or itching of the skin.

It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to this product, have acute myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, hyperthyroidism, paroxysmal tachycardia, cerebral hemorrhage, other bleeding tendencies or have recently suffered massive blood loss.

Precautions for children: Children are prohibited from using this product. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant women (especially those in the third trimester) and lactating women are prohibited from using this product. Precautions for the elderly: This experiment has not been conducted and there is no reliable reference literature.

Use with caution in patients taking antihypertensive drugs.

Keep in a sealed container. Valid for three years.
