Function and Efficacy
This product has a certain antibacterial effect on most Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The antibacterial spectrum of this product includes Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Shigella, Serratia, Shigella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Enterobacter aerogenes. This product inhibits the early synthesis of bacterial cell walls, thereby blocking the synthesis of bacterial cell walls and causing their death.

Appearance
The content of this product is white or off-white granules or powder.
Indication
It is used for simple lower urinary tract infection and intestinal infection (including bacillary dysentery) caused by sensitive bacteria, etc. It can also be used in combination with other antibacterial drugs to treat severe infections caused by sensitive bacteria, such as septicemia, peritonitis, osteomyelitis, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 0.5-1.0g each time (calculated as C3H7O4P), 4 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
Mainly mild gastrointestinal reactions, such as nausea, decreased appetite, upper abdominal discomfort, loose stools or mild diarrhea, etc., generally do not affect continued medication. Occasionally, rash, eosinophilia, and elevated alanine aminotransferase may occur.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: It is forbidden to use in newborns and premature infants. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: It is forbidden to use in pregnant and lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients are prone to folic acid deficiency when using this product, and the dosage should be reduced as appropriate.
Drug Interactions
1. When used in combination with beta-lactams, it has a synergistic effect against Staphylococcus aureus (including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. 2. When used in combination with aminoglycosides, it has a synergistic effect. 3. There is no cross-resistance with other antibiotics.
