Indication
Hypertension. Coronary heart disease (angina pectoris).

Adverse Reactions
Nervous system: In the early stages of medication, symptoms of central nervous system disorders such as mild fatigue, dizziness, headache, sweating, abnormal sleep, dreaminess and mental disorders (such as depression, rarely hallucinations) may occasionally occur. These symptoms are usually mild and generally subside naturally 1-2 weeks after starting the medication.
Precautions
Bisoprolol is contraindicated in the following patients: 1. Patients with acute heart failure or those in the decompensated stage of heart failure who need intravenous inotropic drugs. 2. Patients with cardiogenic shock. 3. Patients with second or third degree atrial conduction block (without pacemaker). 4. Patients with sick sinus syndrome. 5. Patients with sinoatrial block. 6. Patients with bradycardia, with a heart rate of less than 60 beats/minute at the beginning of treatment. 7. Patients with low blood pressure (systolic blood pressure less than 100 mmHg). 8. Patients with severe bronchial asthma or severe chronic pulmonary obstruction. 9. Patients with advanced peripheral arterial occlusive disease and Raynaud's syndrome. 10. Patients with untreated pheochromocytoma. 11. Patients with metabolic acidosis. 12. Patients with known hypersensitivity to bisoprolol and its derivatives or any component of this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: There is no experience of using bisoprolol in pediatric patients, so this product cannot be used in children. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution in pregnant women; it is recommended that lactating women use bisoprolol for treatment. Precautions for the elderly: No dosage adjustment is required.
