Function and Efficacy
Antibacterial drug. It is relatively stable against the β-lactamase produced by Staphylococcus aureus, so it has a strong antibacterial effect against Gram-positive bacteria; it is unstable against the β-lactamase produced by Gram-negative bacteria, so it has a weaker effect against Gram-negative bacteria, and is ineffective against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and anaerobic bacteria.

Appearance
Capsules, the contents are white to light yellow powder.
Indication
It is mainly used for respiratory system, urinary system, ENT, skin and soft tissue infections caused by sensitive bacteria.
Usage and Dosage
Oral: The usual adult dose is 0.25g once, 3 times a day. The dose can be doubled for patients with severe infection, but the total daily amount should not exceed 4.0g. Or follow the doctor's advice.
Adverse Reactions
1 Gastrointestinal: diarrhea, stomach discomfort, nausea, vomiting, etc. 2 Allergic reactions: urticaria, rash, eosinophilia, vulvar itching. 3 Others: mild increase in aminotransferase, plasma urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr), proteinuria, casts, etc.
Precautions
It is contraindicated in patients allergic to cephalosporins.

Drug Interactions
1. Furosemide, ethacrynic acid, bumetanide and other strong diuretics, carmustine, streptozocin and other antineoplastic drugs and aminoglycoside antibiotics and other nephrotoxic drugs combined with this product may increase nephrotoxicity. 2. Clavulanic acid can enhance the antibacterial activity of this product against certain Gram-negative bacteria that are resistant to this product due to the production of lactamase. 3. Oral administration of probenecid can delay the excretion of this product.
Storage
Store in a dark, airtight, dry place at room temperature (below 30°C). The validity period is tentatively set at two years.
