Function and Efficacy
Attenuated rubella virus can stimulate antibody-forming cells in the human body to produce antibodies that have a neutralizing effect on rubella virus and is used to prevent rubella virus infection.
Ingredients
This product is made by inoculating human diploid cells with an attenuated strain of rubella virus, culturing and harvesting the virus liquid, and then adding a suitable stabilizer and freeze-drying it.
Appearance
Freeze-dried cheese-colored loose body turns into orange-red clear liquid after dissolving.
Indication
Used to prevent rubella virus infection.
Usage and Dosage
Add 0.5 ml of sterile water for injection to each ampoule, shake it until it is completely dissolved and then use it. Disinfect the skin at the attachment of the deltoid muscle on the outer side of the upper arm with 75% alcohol, wait until it is dry, and then inject 0.5 ml subcutaneously.
Adverse Reactions
After vaccination, a few children may experience low-grade fever and rash, and a few adults may develop temporary arthritis symptoms.
Precautions
Pregnant women are prohibited from receiving the vaccine. People with severe illness, fever or a history of allergies should not receive the vaccine.
Drug Interactions
Those who have received immunoglobulin injection within 1 month should not be vaccinated.
Storage
Store and transport at 2-8℃ away from light.
Packaging Specification
After reconstitution, each bottle contains 0.5 ml. The human dose is 0.5 ml per time, and the content of live rubella virus should be no less than 3.2lgCCID50.
