Aminopyrine Caffeine Tablets

Function and Efficacy

The aminopyrine in this product is a pyrazolone antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug. It can inhibit the synthesis and release of prostaglandin E1 in the neurons of the anterior hypothalamus, restore the normal responsiveness of the sensory neurons in the temperature regulation center and play an antipyretic role. Aminopyrine can also inhibit the synthesis and release of prostaglandins in the local tissue of inflammation, stabilize the lysosomal membrane, and affect the phagocytic function of phagocytes, thereby playing an anti-inflammatory role. Caffeine, as a central stimulant, can excite the cerebral cortex, increase sensitivity to the outside world, and constrict cerebral blood vessels to enhance the effect of aminopyrine in relieving headaches, and synergistically relieve fever and analgesia.
