Usage and Dosage

Usage: 1. This product is for intravenous infusion only and should be used under the strict supervision of a clinical physician; 2. Before use, preheat this product and sterile water for injection or 5% glucose injection to 20-25°C, inject the preheated sterile water for injection or 5% glucose injection according to the amount indicated on the bottle label, and gently rotate until the product is completely dissolved (be careful not to produce a lot of foam); 3. The drip speed should be slow at the beginning, and the drip speed should be slightly increased after 15 minutes. Generally, each bottle of 200 plasma equivalent units (PE) will drip in about 30-60 minutes; 4. During the drip, the physician should pay attention to the use at any time. If clinical symptoms and signs of disseminated intravascular coagulation or thrombosis are found, the use should be stopped immediately. And heparin antagonism. Dosage: (1) The dosage varies with the degree of factor deficiency. Generally, 10 to 20 plasma equivalent units are transfused per kg of body weight. Thereafter, for patients with factor VII deficiency, the dosage can be reduced every 6 to 8 hours; for patients with factor IX deficiency, the dosage can be reduced every 24 hours; for patients with factor II and factor X deficiency, the dosage can be reduced every 24 to 48 hours. The dosage can be reduced as appropriate and usually lasts for 2 to 3 days. (2) When the amount of bleeding is large or major surgery is required, the dosage can be appropriately increased according to the patient's condition.
