Vitamin B6 for injection

Pharmacological action: This product is a vitamin drug. Vitamin B6 is converted into pyridoxal phosphate in red blood cells and acts as a coenzyme in various metabolic functions of proteins, carbohydrates, and lipids. It also participates in the conversion of tryptophan into niacin or 5-hydroxytryptamine.

Vitamin B6

This product is white or off-white loose mass or powder.

1. Suitable for the prevention and treatment of vitamin B6 deficiency, prevention and treatment of isoniazid poisoning; can also be used for vomiting caused by pregnancy, radiation sickness and anticancer drugs, seborrheic dermatitis, etc. 2. Vitamin B6 supplementation for total parenteral nutrition and malnutrition caused by insufficient intake, and progressive weight loss. 3. The following situations increase the need for vitamin B6: pregnancy and lactation, hyperthyroidism, burns, long-term chronic infection, fever, congenital metabolic disorders (cystathionuria, hyperoxalate, homocystinuria, xanthine aciduria), congestive heart failure, long-term hemodialysis, malabsorption syndrome with hepatobiliary system diseases (such as alcoholism with cirrhosis), intestinal diseases (celiac disease, tropical sprue enteritis, localized enteritis, persistent diarrhea), gastrectomy

Dissolve it with water for injection before use and inject it intravenously, 50mg-100mg per time, once a day. When used for the detoxification of cycloserine poisoning, 300mg or more per day. When used for the detoxification of isoniazid poisoning, give 1g of vitamin B6 intravenously for every 1g of isoniazid. Or follow the doctor's advice.

Vitamin B6 is almost non-toxic when renal function is normal. Allergic reactions are rare. If 200 mg is used daily for more than 30 days, it may cause dependence syndrome.

It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to any ingredient of this product.

1. Chloramphenicol, cycloserine, ethionamide, hydralazine hydrochloride, immunosuppressants including adrenocortical hormones, cyclophosphamide, cyclosporine, isoniazid, penicillamine and other drugs can antagonize vitamin B6 or increase the renal excretion of vitamin B6, which can cause anemia or peripheral neuritis. 2. The dosage of vitamin B6 should be increased when taking estrogen. 3. Levodopa combined with a small dose of vitamin B6 (5 mg per day) can antagonize the anti-tremor effect of levodopa.

Keep in a dark place and sealed. The validity period is tentatively set at one year.
