Cytochrome C Injection
Function and Efficacy
This product is a protein with iron porphyrin as a cofactor that exists in the mitochondria of cells. It can be purified and separated. The medicinal preparation is separated from animal heart or yeast. Cytochrome is a link in the respiratory chain. Various cytochromes are arranged in a certain order to form a cytochrome system. The Fe3 in its molecules can undergo reversible redox reactions under the action of related enzymes, and is responsible for the transfer of electrons, which is indispensable for cell respiration. Cytochrome C cannot pass through the cell membrane, so it has no effect on normal people, but when the tissue is hypoxic, the permeability of the cell membrane increases, and exogenous preparations can enter the cell, thereby playing its role in correcting cell respiration and material metabolism.
