Function and Efficacy
Animal experiments have shown that it has antihypertensive and diuretic effects on experimental hypertensive animals. This effect is related to the dose: it shows a hypotensive effect at low doses and a diuretic effect at high doses. Its hypotensive mechanism may be to act on the walls of small arteries, reduce vascular tension and vascular responsiveness to pressor substances, thereby reducing peripheral vascular resistance; it may also be related to the diuretic effect. Within the therapeutic dose range, in addition to hypotensive and diuretic effects, it has no significant effects on the nervous system, respiratory system, digestive system and blood system. Acute toxicity and chronic toxicity experiments on a variety of animals have shown that this product has low toxicity

Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Once daily, 1.5 mg (1 tablet) each time, or as directed by your doctor, after breakfast.
Adverse Reactions
Mild nausea, dizziness and other reactions may occur occasionally.
Precautions
It is contraindicated in patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, recent cerebrovascular accident, use of thiazide diuretics, and allergies to similar drugs. Pregnant women should use it with caution.
