Compound sodium chloride is a fluid supplement drug. It contains substances used to supplement body fluids and ions. The above ions are important electrolytes in body fluids and play a very important role in maintaining normal blood and extracellular fluid volume and osmotic pressure.

This product is a compound preparation containing 0.85% sodium chloride, 0.03% potassium chloride and 0.033% calcium chloride.

This product is a colorless clear liquid.

Water loss due to various reasons, including hypotonic, isotonic and hypertonic water loss; hyperosmotic non-ketotic diabetic coma; hypochloremic metabolic alkalosis.

1 Intravenous drip, the dosage depends on the condition and body weight. The usual dosage is 500-1000ml at a time. 2 For hypochloremic alkalosis, the dosage is determined according to the amount of alkalosis.

Too much or too fast infusion can cause water and sodium retention, resulting in edema, increased blood pressure, increased heart rate, chest tightness, dyspnea, and even acute left heart failure. 2. Too much or too fast administration of hypotonic sodium chloride can cause hemolysis, cerebral edema, etc.

Oliguria in acute renal failure, and patients with chronic renal failure with decreased urine volume and poor response to diuretics; 3. Hypertension and hypokalemia.
