Matrine Sodium Chloride Injection

Function and Efficacy

Oxymatrine was observed to have a liver protective effect in experimental liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride and D-aminolactose. Clinical studies have shown that TNF/TNF-R and Fas/Fasl are the two main systems that mediate PSV hepatotoxicity. The experimental results suggest that oxymatrine blocks the hepatotoxicity of TNF-a by inhibiting M, activating and secreting TNF-a. Oxymatrine can enhance NK cell activity, improve and correct the state of immune disorder, and enhance the ability of the immune system to recognize and eliminate viruses. Animal experiments have shown that intramuscular injection of 200 mg/kg of oxymatrine two days before X-ray irradiation can significantly prevent the decrease in leukocytes in rabbits caused by 60Co irradiation, and also has a significant effect on the decrease in cells in mice caused by irradiation. Studies have shown that oxymatrine scavenges OH free radicals by reacting with OH to form organic free radicals or oxymatrine free radicals, thereby protecting 5'-TMP from radiation damage and exerting an anti-cancer effect. Oxymatrine is an inducer of liver microsomal cytochrome P450, which plays a key role in drug metabolism. When used in combination with cyclophosphamide, it has a synergistic anti-cancer effect. One of the mechanisms is that oxymatrine increases the activation of cyclophosphamide by inducing P450, and when oxymatrine is used in combination with a 1/2 dose of cyclophosphamide, the anti-cancer effect is equivalent to that of the original dose. At the same time, it inhibits the toxicity of cyclophosphamide to leukocytes and significantly reduces the degree of leukopenia.

Ingredients

The main ingredient of this product is matrine, also known as oxymatrine.

AmmothamnineIngredients

Oxymatrine has a hepatoprotective effect in experimental liver injury, blocking its hepatotoxicity by inhibiting the secretion of TNF-a, and improving the immune disorder by enhancing NK cell activity. In addition, it can prevent the decrease of leukocytes caused by radiation and protect 5'-TMP from radiation damage by scavenging OH free radicals. As an inducer of liver microsomal cytochrome P450, it has a synergistic anti-cancer effect when used in combination with cyclophosphamide, which can enhance the activation of cyclophosphamide and reduce its toxicity to leukocytes.
