Compound Vitamin B12 Ointment No. Ⅰ

Pharmacological action: This product contains vitamin B12, hop extract and gentamicin sulfate. Topical administration of this product can accelerate ulcer healing, promote RNA synthesis in the skin, and relieve itching and pain for chronic radiation skin damage. Toxicological study: This product was applied to the damaged and intact skin of guinea pigs many times, and no allergic and irritation reactions were observed; 0.75, 1.5 and 3.0g/day of this product was applied to the damaged skin of guinea pigs for 90 consecutive days, and no local and systemic toxic reactions and pathological histological changes caused by this drug were observed.

This product is a compound preparation, and its components are: each tube (10g) contains 25mg vitamin B1, 8000U gentamicin sulfate, and 2g hop extract. The matrix contains lanolin, γ-evening primrose oil, vaseline, polysorbate 80, Span 80, vitamin E, ethylparaben, medicinal ethanol, and purified water.

This product is a brown-green or dark green ointment.

Topical medication: Use four layers of sterile gauze and apply 1g of ointment to each 2.0×2.0cm2 wound surface, 1-2 times a day.
