This product is made by inoculating primary chicken embryo cells with attenuated measles virus strain and human diploid cells with attenuated rubella virus strain, culturing and harvesting the virus liquid, mixing and preparing in proportion, adding a suitable stabilizer and freeze-drying. It is a loose body of cheese color, and after reconstitution, it is a clear orange-red liquid. Active ingredients: live attenuated measles and rubella viruses. Excipients: human serum albumin, gelatin and sucrose. Vaccine diluent: sterile water for injection.

Common adverse reactions: 1. Generally, pain and tenderness may occur at the injection site within 24 hours after vaccination, and in most cases, they disappear on their own within 2-3 days. 2. Generally, a transient fever reaction may occur within 1-2 weeks after vaccination. Most of them are mild fever reactions, which generally last for 1-2 days and then resolve on their own. No treatment is required. If necessary, take a proper rest, drink plenty of water, keep warm, and prevent secondary infection. For moderate fever reactions or fever lasting for more than 48 hours, physical methods or drugs can be used for symptomatic treatment. 3. Rash: Generally, a mild rash may appear within 12 days after vaccination. The rash usually lasts no more than 2 days. Usually, no special treatment is required. Symptomatic treatment can be used if necessary. Rare adverse reactions: Severe fever reaction: Physical methods and drugs should be used for symptomatic treatment to prevent high fever convulsions. Extremely rare adverse reactions: 1. Allergic rash: Generally, urticaria occurs within 72 hours after vaccination. If a reaction occurs, you should seek medical attention in time and give anti-allergic treatment. 2. Anaphylactic shock: Generally occurs within 1 hour after vaccination. Adrenaline and other emergency measures should be promptly injected for treatment. 3. Allergic purpura: When allergic purpura occurs, you should seek medical attention in time and use corticosteroids to give anti-allergic treatment. Improper or untimely treatment may lead to purpuric nephritis. 4. Thrombocytopenic purpura occurs. 5. Arthritis, pain and swelling in large joints may occur in adults after receiving this vaccine.

People with acute diseases, severe chronic diseases, acute attacks of chronic diseases and fever. 3. Pregnant women. 4. People with immunodeficiency, low immune function or those receiving immunosuppressive treatment. 5. People with encephalopathy, uncontrolled epilepsy and other progressive neurological diseases.

After reconstitution, each bottle contains 0.5 ml. Each human dose is 0.5 ml, and the content of live measles and rubella viruses should not be less than 3.2lgCCID50.
