The main ingredient of this product is potassium citrate. Chemical name: potassium 2-hydroxypropane-1,2,3-tricarboxylate monohydrate.

This product is milky yellow granules, tastes sweet and sour, slightly salty, has a fruity aroma, and is soluble in water.
