Troxerutin Hydroxyphylline Tablets

Troxerutin 45mg; Diphylline 60mg; Coumarin 2.5mg.

This product is a sugar-coated tablet, which appears yellow after removing the sugar coating.

This product is used to treat hemiplegia, aphasia and other symptoms caused by cerebral thrombosis. It is also suitable for sequelae of cerebral thrombosis, chronic cerebral ischemia caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis and hypertension, coronary heart disease, thrombophlebitis and other peripheral vascular diseases.

Oral administration: 2 tablets at a time, 3 times a day, 20 days as a course of treatment.

1. Occasionally, there may be allergic reactions, dry mouth, nausea, palpitations, polyuria, etc. 2. Large doses may cause central nervous system excitement, and may cause agitation, restlessness, insomnia, etc. in a few patients.

It is contraindicated in patients with acute myocardial infarction accompanied by a significant decrease in blood pressure.

The hydroxyethyl rutin in this compound can increase the charge density of red blood cells and platelets, increase fibrinolytic activity, antagonize ADP-induced platelet aggregation, reduce whole blood and plasma viscosity, prevent arterial thrombosis, prevent abnormal increase in vascular permeability, reduce arterial, renal artery and total peripheral blood vessel resistance, lower blood pressure, improve body microcirculation; increase carotid blood flow, protect enzyme activity under hypoxia, and improve cerebral circulation under ischemic and hypoxic conditions. Dihydroxypropyl theophylline can relax bronchial smooth muscle, inhibit the release of allergic mediators; enhance the contractility of respiratory muscles, reduce respiratory muscle fatigue; enhance myocardial contractility, increase cardiac output; dilate coronary arteries and peripheral blood vessels; increase renal blood flow, improve glomerular filtration rate, and have diuretic effects.
