Appearance

This product is a white enteric-coated tablet, which appears white after removing the coating.

Usage and Dosage

This product should be taken with warm water after meals and should not be taken on an empty stomach. This product is an enteric-coated tablet and must be taken whole. When treating myocardial infarction, the first tablet should be crushed or chewed before taking. Dosage and frequency of taking: 1. For unstable angina, it is recommended to take 1 tablet of aspirin per day. 2. For acute myocardial infarction, it is recommended to take 1 tablet of aspirin per day. 3. To prevent recurrent myocardial infarction, it is recommended to take 3 tablets of aspirin per day. 4. To prevent transient decrease in blood flow to the brain and to prevent cerebral infarction after early symptoms have appeared, it is recommended to take 1 tablet of aspirin per day.

Adverse Reactions

Common side effects include gastrointestinal reactions, such as abdominal pain and mild gastrointestinal bleeding, and occasionally nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Gastric bleeding and gastric ulcers, as well as allergic reactions mainly in asthma patients, dyspnea and skin reactions are extremely rare. There have been reports of individual cases of liver and kidney dysfunction, hypoglycemia, and particularly severe skin lesions such as erythema multiforme exudative. Small doses of salicylic acid acetate can reduce the excretion of uric acid and may cause gout attacks in susceptible individuals. In very rare cases, long-term use of enteric-coated aspirin tablets may lead to anemia due to occult gastrointestinal bleeding, with symptoms of melena and severe gastric bleeding. Dizziness and tinnitus, especially in children and the elderly, may be symptoms of severe poisoning. If the above adverse reactions occur, please inform your doctor or pharmacist immediately. If side effects occur, stop taking the drug immediately and notify your doctor.

Precautions

Allergy to acetylsalicylic acid and substances containing salicylic acid; gastroduodenal ulcer; bleeding tendency or hemorrhagic diathesis.

Special Population Medication

Precautions for children: Children and adolescents taking enteric-coated aspirin tablets may develop a rare but life-threatening Reye syndrome. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: 1. Use aspirin with caution in early and mid-pregnancy. Because aspirin can increase the risk of complications for mothers and newborns during delivery, aspirin is contraindicated for women in the last 3 months of pregnancy. 2. Salicylic acid and its degradation products can enter breast milk in small amounts, so lactating women should use it with caution. When taking large doses exceeding 150 mg per day, breastfeeding should be discontinued. Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients with decreased renal function are prone to adverse reactions when taking aspirin, so elderly patients with decreased renal function should use aspirin with caution.
