This product is also a phenylpropionic acid derivative and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It reduces the synthesis of prostaglandins by inhibiting cyclooxygenase, thereby reducing tissue congestion and swelling and reducing the sensitivity of peripheral nerve pain. It has an antipyretic effect through the hypothalamic temperature regulation center.

Appearance
This product is white tablets.
Indication
It is suitable for various types of arthritis, including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gouty arthritis and other soft tissue pain. It is also used for other pains such as dysmenorrhea, toothache, injury and traumatic pain.
Usage and Dosage
Common oral dosage for adults: 1. Anti-rheumatic: 0.3-0.6g each time, 3-4 times a day depending on the severity of the disease; 2. Analgesic (mild to moderate pain or dysmenorrhea): 0.15-0.3g each time, once every 4-6 hours. The maximum daily limit for adults is 3.2g.
Adverse Reactions
1. Gastrointestinal symptoms are the most common, including nausea, vomiting, heartburn, constipation, indigestion, etc. Severe cases may cause gastric ulcers, bleeding and perforation; 2. Other symptoms include headaches, dizziness, drowsiness, and lower limb edema. Occasionally, leukocytes and platelets may be reduced, and liver enzymes may increase transiently; 3. Allergic rashes and skin itching may also occur.
Precautions
1. Patients who are allergic to this drug are prohibited from using this drug. 2. Patients with severe renal dysfunction are prohibited from using this drug. 3. Patients with asthma, rhinitis, urticaria, etc. induced by aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics are prohibited from using this drug.
Drug Interactions
1 When used with alcohol or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, gastrointestinal side effects increase and there is a risk of ulcers. Long-term use with acetaminophen may increase toxic side effects on the kidneys. 2 When used with aspirin or other salicylic acid drugs, the efficacy is not enhanced, but the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions and bleeding tendency increases. 3 When used with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol and platelet aggregation inhibitors, there is an increased risk of bleeding. 4 When used with furosemide, the latter's sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects are weakened. 5 When used with verapamil and nifedipine, the blood concentration of this product increases. 6 This product can increase the blood concentration of digoxin.
