Function and Efficacy
After 0.3% lomefloxacin eye drops were instilled into rabbit eyes, they were stored in the conjunctival sac for a long time and at a high concentration, which was higher than the MIC50 of lomefloxacin against sensitive bacteria, and could migrate into the aqueous humor. The concentration of lomefloxacin in inflamed eye tissues was higher than that in normal eye tissues, with the highest concentration in the cornea, followed by the eyelids, aqueous humor, iris and ciliary body, bulbar conjunctiva, extraocular muscles, sclera, and retinal choroid.

Appearance
This product is a colorless or slightly yellow clear liquid.
Indication
This product is suitable for external eye infectious diseases caused by sensitive pathogenic bacteria, such as bacterial conjunctivitis, keratitis, dacryocystitis, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Apply inside the eyelids, 3 to 4 times a day, 1 to 2 drops each time, or as directed by your doctor.
Adverse Reactions
Topical application may cause transient irritation.
