Function and Efficacy

1. It is a gonadotropin inhibitor that can inhibit the pituitary-ovarian axis. 2. Due to the inhibition of pituitary gonadotropin, the release of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) is reduced. 3. It can directly inhibit the production of ovarian steroid hormones, act on the estrogen receptor sites of endometrial cells, and have the effect of inhibiting estrogen, causing normal and abnormal endometrium of the uterus to atrophy and become inactive, leading to anovulation and amenorrhea, which can last up to 6-8 months. 5. In the treatment of fibrous breast disease, it can make nodules disappear, relieve pain and tenderness, and may cause menstrual disorders or amenorrhea. 6. When treating hereditary angioedema, it increases the level of serum C1 lipase inhibitor, leading to an increase in the concentration of C4 in the complement system in the serum.
