Recombinant human interferon α2b injection
Function and Efficacy
Pharmacological effects: The results of preclinical cell culture systems and animal xenogeneic tumor transplantation experiments showed that recombinant human interferon α2b has anti-tumor proliferation effects and has obvious immunomodulatory effects in vitro. In vitro studies have also shown that recombinant human interferon α2b can inhibit viral replication. Interferon produces the above effects by binding to specific membrane receptors on the cell surface. Many studies have suggested that once interferon binds to cell receptors, it can initiate a series of complex intracellular processes, including the induction of certain enzymes. It is believed that this process, at least to some extent, leads to various cellular responses of interferon, including inhibition of viral replication in virus-infected cells, inhibition of cell proliferation, and a series of immunomodulatory effects, such as enhancing the action of macrophages and lymphocytes on target cells.

Indication
It can be used to treat chronic hepatitis B, chronic hepatitis C, genital warts, hairy cell leukemia, and chronic myeloid leukemia.
Usage and Dosage
Intramuscular or subcutaneous injection: 1 Chronic hepatitis B: The recommended dose is 3 to 5 million international units (IU) each time, injected once a day or every other day. A course of treatment is 3 to 6 months, and the doctor can adjust the dose according to the patient's specific situation. 2 Chronic hepatitis C: The recommended dose is 3 to 5 million international units (IU) each time, injected once a day or every other day. Adverse Reactions
