Piracetam Sodium Chloride Injection
Function and Efficacy
1. Pharmacology This product is a brain metabolism improving drug, which is a cyclic derivative of γ-aminobutyric acid. It has the effect of resisting brain function damage caused by physical and chemical factors. It can promote the generation of ATP in the brain, promote the synthesis of acetylcholine and enhance the conduction of nerve excitation, and has the effect of promoting brain metabolism. It can resist brain function damage caused by physical and chemical factors. It has an improvement effect on retrograde amnesia caused by hypoxia. It can enhance memory and improve learning ability. 2. Toxicology The acute toxicity test of animal experiments showed that mice were given a gavage dose of more than 10g/kg without death. The median lethal dose LD50 of intravenous administration is 9.2g/kg. Subacute and chronic toxicity experiments did not find any adverse effects on the growth and development of rats and dogs.
