Function and Efficacy
Cyclic adenosine monophosphate meglumine is a non-digitalis cardiotonic agent with a positive inotropic effect. It can enhance myocardial contractility, improve cardiac pumping function, dilate blood vessels, and reduce myocardial oxygen consumption. It can improve myocardial cell metabolism and protect ischemic and hypoxic myocardium. It can improve the function of sinoatrial node P cells.

Appearance
This product is a colorless or almost colorless clear solution.
Indication
It is used for heart failure, myocarditis, sick sinus syndrome, coronary heart disease and cardiomyopathy, and can also be used as an auxiliary treatment for arrhythmias.
Usage and Dosage
Usage: intravenous drip; Dosage: once a day, 60~180 mg each time.
Adverse Reactions
