This product is a broad-spectrum protease inhibitor and has an effect on plasmin and the like.

The main ingredient of this product is a peptidase inhibitor. Chemical structure: H-Arg-Pro-Asp-Phe-Cyss-Leu-Glu-Pro-Pro-Tyr-Thr-Gly-Pro-Cys-Lys-Ala-Arg-Ile-Ile-Arg-Tyr-Phe-Tyr-Asn-Ala-Lys-Ala-Gly-Leu-Cys-Gln-Thr-Phe-Val-Tyr-Gly-Gly-Cys

This product is white or off-white freeze-dried block or powder, and is soluble in water.

1. It can inhibit trypsin and chymotrypsin, prevent the activation of other active proteases in the pancreas and the activation of trypsinogen itself, so it can be used to treat and prevent various types of pancreatitis; 2. It is used to treat and prevent acute bleeding and various severe shock states caused by various fibrinolysis. 3. This product can be directly injected into the abdominal cavity after abdominal surgery to prevent intestinal adhesion.

1 On the first and second days, inject 80,000 to 120,000 units daily. The first dose should be larger and injected slowly intravenously (no more than 2 ml per minute). The maintenance dose should be given by intravenous drip, generally 4 times a day, with a daily dose of 20,000 to 40,000 units. 2 For acute bleeding caused by fibrinolysis, immediately inject 80,000 to 120,000 units intravenously, and then 10,000 units every 2 hours until the bleeding stops. 3 Preventive dose: Start 1 day before surgery and inject 20,000 units daily for 3 days. It can also be used locally to treat intestinal ulcers and continuous oozing. 4 Prevent postoperative intestinal adhesions: Directly inject 20,000 to 40,000 units into the abdominal cavity before the surgical incision is closed, and be careful not to contact the wound.

Occasionally, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. may occur. A very small number of patients may experience a transient increase in serum creatinine and allergic and anaphylactic reactions.

1 This product can inhibit the antihypertensive effect of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (such as captopril) (it has been reported, but there is no conclusive opinion yet). 2 This product has the effect of antagonizing plasmin (such as alteplase, anistreplase, streptokinase, urokinase, etc.) and can be used to inhibit bleeding caused by these drugs. 3 This product can interfere with the following tests: blood clotting time, serum creatinine kinase (CK), serum creatinine, aminotransferase, etc.
