Usage and Dosage
The burn wound is cleaned with 0.9% saline, and after routine debridement, 5 grams of medicine is applied per 80 cm2. For larger areas, exposure therapy is used, and for smaller areas, sterile gauze is used to bandage the wound. For wounds with redness, swelling, and increased secretions, the dressing is changed once a day; for wounds with less secretions and no obvious redness or swelling, the dressing is changed once a day or every other day.
