Ranitidine bismuth citrate capsules

This product is a new compound chemically synthesized from bismuth citrate and ranitidine. It has the effects of ranitidine in inhibiting the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin, and the effects of bismuth citrate in resisting Helicobacter pylori and protecting gastric mucosa.

1. Gastric and duodenal ulcers; 2. Used in combination with antibiotics to eradicate Helicobacter pylori.

Oral administration, 2 capsules at a time, twice a day, before meals. The course of treatment should not exceed 6 weeks. The dosage and course of treatment combined with antibiotics should be followed according to the doctor's advice.

Allergic reactions are rare, including skin itching, rash, etc.; abnormal liver function may occur; headache, joint pain and gastrointestinal dysfunction, such as nausea, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, stomach pain, constipation, etc. are occasionally seen; granulocytopenia is rare.

It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product.

Precautions for children: There is no research data on the use of this product, so it is not suitable for children. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: It is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: 1. For elderly patients (ge; 65 years old), if only serum ranitidine increases after medication, and serum bismuth citrate is not higher than that of the general population, there is generally no need to adjust the dose; 2. Renal clearance is decreased, which may cause serum ranitidine and serum bismuth citrate. If the creatinine clearance is 25ml/min, this product is contraindicated.

Ranitidine citrate does not interact with drug-metabolizing enzymes in the body. When ranitidine citrate is used in combination with antibiotics, antacids, and aspirin, no clinically significant pharmacokinetic interactions have been found due to the wide therapeutic index of ranitidine citrate.
