Function and Efficacy
This product has an inhibitory effect on the contraction of airway smooth muscle of isolated animals caused by inflammatory mediators such as leukotriene D4 (LTD4) and platelet activating factor (PAF); it can relieve the spasm of airway smooth muscle of guinea pigs caused by inflammatory mediators, and can inhibit passive skin allergic reactions in experimental animals.

Main ingredients: The main ingredient of this product is ibudilast. Its chemical name is 2-methyl-1-[2-(1-methylethyl)pyrazolin[1,5-a]pyridin-3-yl]-1-propanone.

Indication
Used for the treatment of mild and moderate bronchial asthma.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Swallow without chewing. Twice a day, 1 tablet each time.
Adverse Reactions
The main symptoms are loss of appetite, belching, upper abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, rash, skin itching, etc. Occasionally, palpitations, serum glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase (SGOT), serum glutamate pyruvate transaminase (SGPT), g-glutamyl transpeptidase (g-GT), and total bilirubin are increased. Most of these adverse reactions are tolerable. Orthostatic hypotension is rare.
Precautions
1. Patients who are allergic to this product are contraindicated. 2. Patients whose intracranial hemorrhage has not been completely controlled are contraindicated.
