1 Anti-tumor activity: Aclarubicin hydrochloride has a broad spectrum of anti-tumor activity and can resist a variety of experimental tumors in mice. Such as; L1210 lymphoid leukemia, P388 leukemia, Ehrlich carcinoma, Lewis lung cancer, S180 sarcoma, CD8F1 (DM-induced breast cancer), C3H breast cancer and CO38 cancer; anti-rat ascites hepatocellular carcinoma, such as; AH41C, AH66, AH13TAH44. At the same time, it also has anti-cancer effects on human gastric cancer St-4, St-15 and colon cancer CO-3 transplanted into guinea pigs. 2 Mode of action: Aclarubicin hydrochloride is embedded in the DNA of cancer cells, thereby inhibiting the synthesis of nucleic acids, especially RNA synthesis, and blocking the cell cycle in the late GI and S stages.

1 Recommended regimen for solid tumors and malignant lymphomas: (1) 40-50 mg (titer) [0.8-1.0 mg (titer)/kg] intravenously twice a week, on the 1st, 2nd or 1st, 4th day. (2) 20 mg (titer) [0.4 mg (titer)/kg] per day, for 7 days, every other week. 2 Recommended regimen for acute leukemia: 20 mg (titer), [0.4 (titer)/kg] once a day, for 10-15 days. The specific dosage can be increased or decreased as appropriate according to the patient's age and condition.

1. Heart: Electrocardiogram (ECG) changes, tachycardia, arrhythmia, and heart failure may occur occasionally during medication. 2. Inhibition of bone marrow hematopoietic function: manifestations include leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, and infertility. 3. Gastrointestinal reactions: manifestations include anorexia, nausea, vomiting, stomatitis, diarrhea, etc. Gastrointestinal bleeding may occur occasionally. 4.
