Function and Efficacy
Urease does not exist in mammalian cells, so the presence of urease in the human stomach is evidence of the presence of Helicobacter pylori. After the subject takes urea [14C] capsules orally, if there is Helicobacter pylori in the stomach, the urease produced by it can quickly decompose urea into carbon dioxide and ammonia. Carbon dioxide enters the lungs through the blood and is excreted from the body. Appearance
There is a layer of white powder on the inner wall of the urea [14C] capsule in the medicine box.
Indication
Diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori infection.
Usage and Dosage
1. The examinee should fast for 4 to 6 hours before the test and rinse his mouth before the test. 2. Take one urea [14C] capsule with about 120 ml of warm drinking water and sit quietly for 10 to 20 minutes. 3. Collect the gas sample of the examinee. 4. Test the gas sample of the examinee.
