Oral administration: 0.1-0.2 mg at a time, twice a day, the maximum daily dose should not exceed 0.45 mg, or follow the doctor's advice.

Generally, the symptoms are not obvious. Overdose may cause dizziness, nausea, sweating, gastrointestinal discomfort, blurred vision, fatigue and other reactions, which usually disappear on their own.
