If it is used in combination with phosphodiesterase inhibitors such as theophylline or anticholinergic antiasthmatic drugs, its effect of dilating the bronchi and relieving asthma is enhanced. 4. Bromhexine hydrochloride can increase the concentration of tetrazoline antibiotics in the bronchi.
