This product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. Its mechanism of action is not yet fully understood, but it may be mainly related to the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, mediator release of leukocytes and oxidative reactions of polymorphonuclear leukocytes.

The chemical name of Nimesulide is N-(4-nitro-2-phenoxyphenyl) methanesulfonamide

This product is light yellow granular fine powder with sweet taste.

This product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. It can be used to treat chronic joint inflammation (such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis), pain and inflammation after surgery and acute trauma, pain caused by otolaryngitis, dysmenorrhea, fever caused by upper respiratory tract infection and other symptoms.

Oral administration: 0.05-0.1g at a time, twice a day, after meals. The maximum single dose should not exceed 100mg, and the course of treatment should not exceed 15 days. It is recommended to use the minimum effective dose and the shortest course of treatment to reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.

The main symptoms are heartburn, nausea, stomach pain, etc., but the symptoms are mild and short-lived, and rarely need to be interrupted. In rare cases, patients develop allergic rashes. It should also be noted that this product, like other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, may cause dizziness, drowsiness, peptic ulcers or intestinal bleeding, and Stevens-Johnson Syndrome.

Precautions for children: Only for children over 1 year old, the dosage is 5mg/kg body weight/day, divided into 2 to 3 doses, the maximum dose does not exceed 100mg, twice a day.
