Function and Efficacy
It is an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. It can penetrate the blood-brain barrier and counteract non-depolarizing muscle relaxants. It also has a direct excitatory effect on the N2 cholinergic receptors on the motor plate, which can improve neuromuscular conduction. It also has a certain central cholinergic effect.
Ingredients
The main ingredient of this product is galanthamine hydrobromide. Its chemical name is 11-methyl-3-methoxy-4?,5,9,10,11,12-hexahydro-6H-benzofuran[3?,2-ef][2]benzazepin-6-ol hydrobromide.

Indication
Used for myasthenia gravis, post-poliomyelitis sequelae, and to antagonize the non-depolarizing muscle relaxant effects of myostatin and similar drugs.
Usage and Dosage
2.5-10 mg is injected intramuscularly or subcutaneously once a day. If necessary, it can be injected twice a day. The maximum daily dose is 20 mg. Children can take 0.05-0.1 mg/kg of the drug according to their body weight. The initial dose of anticurare intramuscular injection is 5-10 mg, which can be gradually increased to 10-20 mg after 5 or 10 minutes as needed.
Adverse Reactions
Therapeutic doses occasionally cause allergic reactions.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients with epilepsy, hyperkinesia, mechanical intestinal obstruction, bronchial asthma, angina pectoris and bradycardia. It is not suitable for patients with glaucoma.
