Function and Efficacy
Both aspirin and acetaminophen can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and have antipyretic and analgesic effects.
Ingredients
Each tablet of this product should contain 90.0% to 110.0% of the labeled amount of aspirin (C9H8O4) and acetaminophen (C8H9NO2).

Indication
It is used to treat fever caused by the common cold or influenza, and is also used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as headache, joint pain, migraine, toothache, muscle pain, neuralgia, and dysmenorrhea.

Adverse Reactions
1. Common gastrointestinal reactions include nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal discomfort or pain, etc. 2. Less common or rare reactions include ① gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers, which are more common in patients who take large doses of this product; ② allergic bronchial asthma; ③ rash, urticaria, skin itching, etc.; ④ hematuria, dizziness and liver damage.
Precautions
1. Patients with wheezing, nasal polyposis syndrome, and allergies to aspirin and other antipyretic analgesics are prohibited. 2. Patients with hemophilia or thrombocytopenia are prohibited. 3. Patients with active bleeding diseases are prohibited. 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction are prohibited.

Drug Interactions
