Counteract the decrease in bone marrow cells caused by cyclophosphamide: Shengxue Pills powder 3.2g/kg was given to mice for 7 consecutive days, which had a significant protective effect on the decrease in bone marrow nucleated cells caused by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide 100mg/kg. 3. Effect on hemolytic anemia in mice caused by acetophenylhydrazine: Mice were gavaged with Shengxue Pills 4g/kg and injected intraperitoneally with acetophenylhydrazine 30mg/kg for 10 consecutive days. The results showed that Shengxue Pills had a significant counteracting effect on the decrease in peripheral blood red blood cells, hemoglobin and leukocytes in mice caused by phenylhydrazine. 4. Enhance macrophage function: Mice were gavaged with Shengxue Pills 2g/kg for 6 consecutive days, which could enhance the ability of peritoneal macrophages to phagocytize chicken red blood cells. 5. Effect on delayed hypersensitivity: Mice were gavaged with Shengxue Pills at 2g/kg for 7 consecutive days, and the positive control was intraperitoneal injection of levamisole 0.5mg/kg for 3 consecutive times. The results showed that the activation degree of Shengxue Pills on delayed hypersensitivity in mice was equivalent to that of the levamisole group.
